The mailbox is designed to handle most household deliveries — from small letters and magazines to standard-sized packages. With a storage capacity of 16.54" Wide x 14.76" Deep x 20.28" High, it easily accommodates small, medium, and large parcels. To give you perspective, it’s roughly the size of a grocery hand basket and can hold up to four men’s size 12 shoe boxes at once.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Every mailbox comes with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, which means if your box is damaged due to defects or performance issues, we’ll replace it for you at no extra cost. On top of that, we provide a 1-year workmanship warranty to cover installation — so if anything goes wrong, such as loose bolts, uneven placement, or pad issues, we’ll make it right. Our goal is to ensure your parcel box remains secure, stable, and worry-free.
Generous Parcel Slot Size
The mailbox features a generously sized parcel slot that can accept packages up to 15.75" Wide x 14.57" Deep x 7.48" High. This makes it suitable for small, medium, and even some larger deliveries. Please note — the parcel slot size is different from the box’s total storage capacity.

Each box is securely anchored to a reinforced concrete pad, ensuring it cannot be tipped, moved, or carried away. What is the box's storage capacity ?
The storage capacity of the box we install is 16.54" Wide x 14.76" Deep x 20.28" High (inches) making it suitable for small, medium, and large packages, as well as letters, magazines, and large envelopes. The mailbox is roughly the size of a grocery hand basket and can hold up to 4 men’s size 12 shoe boxes at one time.
What areas do you serve?
Currently, we serve the Greater Toronto Area and Winnipeg, Manitoba, and we’re working on expanding to more cities.
What is the maximum parcel size that can be delivered a one time ?
The parcel slot can fit packages up to 15.75" Wide x 14.57" Deep x 7.48" High (inches) making it suitable for small, medium and larger packages. Please note that this is not to be confused with the box's storage capacity.
How much does an installation cost?
Installations start at $1,050 CAD. A 50% deposit is required before work begins.
What if I need a bigger size box?
Currently, we install the standard size box (19.7” Wide x 15.7” Deep x 38.6” High), which is designed to fit most household deliveries.
Is the installation covered by a warranty?
Yes — all installations come with a 1-year workmanship warranty for issues like loose bolts or uneven placement. The mailbox itself also includes a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty for damage or defects.
How long does an installation take?
Installations typically take about a week. First, we pour and level the concrete pad and allow it to cure for a few days. Once the pad is ready, we return to securely bolt the mailbox in place.
